We do not deliver, but please ask if you would like to use Australia Post or a local delivery company at your expense.


Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, change over or credit in the event of rental period not being fully used, minimum storage refund is weekly. You may also refund or exchange if goods have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or do not perform as advertised.


When purchasing from Safestore card details are transmitted through a secure server using Eway. Card data is not hosted by Eway after processing.


All payments and charges are in Australian Dollars.
